VeronicaCLICK TO GO BACK... Veronica Lewis Veronica was born in Ft. Leonardwood, MS but grew up in Columbus, GA by way of a military family. Veronica was designated as the Administrator of the group which she currently holds. After several members departed, she moved into the alto section. She says that she knew singing was for her when she took her first chorus class in 2nd grade and was hooked!! Her musical influences include the old-school greats, Frankie Beverly, Cameo, Temptations. "Music was always played in our home, so it was a great influence early in my life." In today's music she likes Beyonce because 'she is a triple threat.' Other influences include Crystal Lewis, Kirk Whalum, Kirk Franklin, J. Moss and the list goes on and on.Veronica has a musical background in classical and traditional piano, clarinet and the violin. She grew up singing in her school chorus and also sings in her church choir.She considers herself to be a voracious reader, reading anything she can get her hands on. She loves movies and party planning on the side. She says her greatest passion is wanting music to be done well with a spirit of excellence but never losing the anointing. She wants to see the body of Christ really come together to make a difference. People are dying everyday and we're losing the fight in evangelizing because we're not focusing on the big picture.
