Ku'WonnaCLICK TO GO BACK... Ku'Wonna Ingram Ku'Wonna was born in Columbus, GA but was reared in Buffalo, NY. In 1993, she returned to Columbus. Ku'wonna has had a passion for singing and began learning to play an instrument at an early age as a stepping stone to her singing. In Junior High she joined the chorus and was hooked from then on. Later while attending Buffalo State College she joined the choir and as a highlight was a part of the recordings the choir did in 1991-92. She also has played 1st Clarinet and Saxophone for over 11 years. Her connection with NBG was through another member whom she attends church with. She heard the group and one day was moved to ask if there were any openings. After much prayer and meditation, the invitation was extended and she gladly accepted. Being in the group has really pushed her to strive for excellence in her singing and she great joy from watching others being led into the presence of God through her singing. She enjoys reading and watching movies and spending time with her husband and four children. She is a certified addictions counselor, a praise & worship leader and is currently completing her doctorate for Counseling Psychology. Her passion is to spread the gospel and to love her brothers and sister.
