NuBeginning who...?

NuBeginning or NBG for short is a group of 10 Christ minded worshippers that hail out of Columbus, GA. Their sound can be described as a unique blend of Soul, R&B, Pop, Praise and Worship and Hip-Hop. They have set out to spread the Gospel of Jesus through song and simply share the love and joy that they feel exalting Jesus as their Lord and personal Savior. “A lot of times people come into a worship service or even a concert feeling heavy and burdened down. They never smile or even give themselves a chance to enjoy the wonderful saving grace of God and they leave out just as heavy. If we can help to lighten their pain and get them to smile in the presence of God for just a few minutes while we minister, then the door has been opened and a seed has been planted to grow in them” says founder Brian Roberts. One of the main goals for the group is to be a unique ensemble bringing the love of Christ and the joy of the Lord everywhere they go and minister. Over the years, the group has gone through several line-up changes but continues to stand strong in their faith, pushing on toward their goal. Starting out as friends has made them very close in their ministering and love for one another which can then be translated into their songs. They have found that their talents are best united if they are using them for the uplifting of Christ and they have made ministering to souls their primary goal. They have traveled all over Columbus, Phenix City, Alabama, Florida and cities across Georgia proclaiming Jesus is Lord. They have appeared on several television programs and were even rewarded in 2005 with first-place at the Musical Praise-A-Thon presented by the Gospel Revelation in Brunswick, GA.
